Return and Exchange Policy For www.shoplingerielounge.com

This return policy applies only for orders placed through our website and not for items purchased in our stores.  Absolutely No Returns Without Authorization Number.

In order to insure complete satisfaction with your purchases, returns and exchanges are only accepted for regular priced, unworn/unused merchandise with the tags attached no later than 10 days upon receiving your purchase and having obtained a valid Return Authorization Number.  In accordance with federal and state health code regulations, intimate apparel containing a panty cannot be returned.   Any special or custom orders are also not returnable so please make your selection carefully.

All Bath and Beauty products, Swimwear, Panties, Lingerie Sets including panties, Sale items,Discounted items,  Halloween Costumes, Custom Orders,Hosiery, Nubras, and Novelty Items are all FINAL SALE - no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Please choose carefully when making a selection on color and size. If you have any questions or concerns about a particular item please send your questions by e-mail to customerservice@shoplingerielounge.com or give us a call and someone will get back to you within 48hrs.

Receiving a Return Authorization Number and how to return:

Shipping and Handling fees are non refundable. If you wish to return/exchange an item, Please contact us Via email, customerservice@shoplingerielounge.com to receive a Return Authorization # within 10 days of receiving your merchandise. Please provide us with your Order number located at the top of your invoice and name. Once you have received authorization you are resposible for shipping the items back to us. We must receive the merchandise back within 10 days of the RA# being issued. All returns not having an RA# or an expired one will be refused. In order for merchandise to qualify for a return/exchange, Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached, unworn/unwashed. Please note if merchandise shows any signs of wear, such as snags, smells of perfume or smoke we may refuse your return and the item will be shipped back to you. In the event of an exchange we will ship the new item at no charge for the first exchange only. Shipping and handling fees will apply to mutiple exchanges. Please make sure you choose a credible shipping company such as Fed Ex or UPS, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Returns on orders that received Free shipping

If you placed an order through our site and received free shipping and you have obtained a valid Return Authorization Number, please note an automatic $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your credit total.

Shipping Within the Continental United States:

All orders of $75.00 or more will be shipped free of charge within the Continental United States. USPS shipping rates apply to International orders, Alaska and Hawaii. Please see our SHIPPING Page for flat rate service to your country.

All orders where shipping is paid by the customer are shipped via the method selected by the customer at checkout. When Shipping is FREE,  we reserve the right to select the shipping method, usually via USPS with Tracking.  All orders will have a tracking number that is provided to you once we have shipped your order.

In the event of an authorized return, you are responsible for Return Shipping Costs.  In the event of an exchange, the replacement items will be shipped to the customer free of shipping charges for the first exchange only (Within the US. Only) Shipping fees apply to Multiple Exchanges. Orders Being returned for a refund that received free shipping,  a $5.00 Restocking fee does apply.

International Orders:

 For Internatonal Orders we currently ship to Canada, the UK, and most of Europe. Your package will be shipped USPS Priority Mail International through the U.S. Postal Service.  Cost varies depending on the country - currently Canada is $15.00 and the UK and Europe is 25.00.  Please note shipments destined outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges are the customers responsibility as we have no control over these charges nor can we predict what they might be. 

 Sales Tax

Orders shipped to locations within California will be charged 8.75% sales tax.  Orders shipped to any other state will not be charged sales tax.

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.

When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.

We encourage you to sign-up for our e-mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.

Your credit card is completely safe.

Protecting your information is our highest priority. We have developed several safeguards to keep your information completely confidential.  The checkout process itself employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)* technology to insure your safety.

*Secure Sockets Layer encrypts your order information and sends it to a secure server, making it impossible for that information to be decoded by a party outside of the store you shop with.
