Return and Exchange Policy For www.shoplingerielounge.com
This return policy applies only for orders placed through our website and not for items purchased in our stores.
In order to insure complete satisfaction with your purchases, returns and exchanges are only accepted for regular priced, unworn/unused merchandise with the tags attached no later than 10 days upon receiving your purchase. In accordance with federal and state health code regulations, intimate apparel containing a panty cannot be returned.
Bath and Beauty products, Swimwear, Panties, Clearance items, Halloween Costumes, and Nubras are FINAL SALE - no returns will be accepted. Please choose carefully when making a selection on color and size. If you have any questions or concern about a particular item before you make a purchase you can send your questions by e-mail and someone will get back to you within 48hrs.
Shipping and Handling fees are non refundable. If you wish to return/exchange an item, Please contact us Via email, customerservice@shoplingerielounge.com to receive a Return Authorization #. Please provide us with your Order number located at the top of your invoice and name. Once you have received authorization you are resposible for shipping the items back to us.We must receive the merchandise back within 10 days of the RA# being issued. All returns not having an RA# or an expired one will be refused. In order for merchandise to qualify for a return/exchange, Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached, unworn/unwashed. Please note if merchandise shows any signs of wear, such as snags, smells of perfume or smoke we may refuse your return and the item will be shipped back to you. In the event of an exchange we will ship the new item at no charge for the first exchange only. Shipping and handling fees will apply to mutiple exchanges. Please make sure you choose a credible shipping company such as Fed Ex or UPS, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Returns on orders that received Free shipping
If you placed an order through our site and received free shipping and you wish to return the item for a refund, Please note an automatic $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your credit total.

Shipping & Handling
Shipping Within the Continental United States:
All orders of $75.00 or more will be shipped free of charge within the Continental United States. USPS shipping rates apply to International orders, Alaska and Hawaii.
All orders where shipping is paid by the customer are shipped UPS Ground or as otherwise requested by the customer. When Shipping is FREE, we have the option to ship UPS Ground or Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service.
In the event of a return you are responsible for Return Postage. In the event of an exchange, the replacement items will be shipped to the customer free of shipping charges for the first exchange only (Within the US. Only) Shipping fees apply to Multiple Exchanges. Orders Being returned for a refund that received free shipping a $5.00 Restocking fee does apply.
International Orders:
For Internatonal Orders we Ship to almost anywhere in the world. Your package will be shipped USPS Priority Mail International through the U.S. Postal Service. You are charged exactly what the U.S. Postal Service Charges and no more! Prices Vary depending on the country and weight. Please note shipments destined outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges are the customers responsibility as we have no control over these charges nor can we predict what they might be. When you go to place an order you will connect to a link that is for international orders only. If you would like to inquire about approximate shipping rates to your country before you place an order please send us an email at customerservice@shoplingerielounge.com and someone will get back to you within 48 hours. You may also can contact us by phone at 760-934-6600 and one of our lovely girls will be able to help you.
Once you place your order Someone will contact you via email to confirm the shipping charges that will be added to your order total prior to shipping your order.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped to locations within California will be charged 8.75% sales tax. Orders shipped to any other state will not be charged sales tax.

Shopping Online
To add an item to your bag, simply click the add to bag button next to it. (Items you put in your bag will not be bought by you until you have completed the checkout process.)
To remove an item from your bag, simply click the remove link next to the item you wish to discard.
To view what is in your bag at any time, click the "shoppingBag" link in the page header.
To purchase what you've selected, click on your shoppingBag and click "checkout". Follow the three simple steps to purchase your items.
Once we have confirmed your order, an account for you is automatically established for the Modern Retail community of stores.
To access your account in the future, click the "myAccount" button in the header of any page and enter the e-mail address and password you created at checkout.
