Returns & Exchanges
In order to insure complete satisfaction with your purchases, returns and exchanges are only accepted for regular priced, unworn/unused merchandise with the tags attached no later than 10 days from receipt of purchase. In accordance with federal and state health code regulations, intimate apparel containing a panty cannot be returned.
Bath and beauty products, clearance items, and nubras are FINALE SALE - no returns will be accepted. Please choose carefully when making a selection on color and size. If you have any questions or concern about a particular item before you make a purchase you can send your questions by e-mail and someone will get back to within 24hrs.
Shipping and Handling fees are non refundable. If you wish to return an item, You must first contact us to receive authorization in order to receive credit and a return authorization number (RA#) will then be issued. . Once you have received authorization you are resposible for shipping the items back to us. In the event of an exchange we will ship the new item at no charge once we receive the unwanted merchandise back from you. We must receive the merchandise back within 10 days of the RA# being issued. All returns not having an RA# or an expired one will be refused.
Please make sure you choose a credible shipping company such as Fed Ex or UPS, as we are not responsible for lost packages sent by the post office.

Shipping & Handling
All orders of $75.00 or more will be shipped free of charge within the Continental United States. UPS shipping rates apply to all other orders.
Shipping will be paid for by customer for all merchandise being returned. In the event of an exchange, the replacement items will be shipped to the customer free of shipping charges.
If you would like to place an order by phone you may do so by calling: 760-934-6600 and someone will be glad to take your order and answer any questions you may have. Please make sure you have the Style#, Color, Size, and Credit card information ready.
International Orders:
We accept international orders to most countries. Your package will be shipped Global Express Mail through the U.S. Postal Service. Please note shipments destined outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges are the customers responsibility as we have no control over these charges nor can we predict what they might be. When you go to place an order you will connect to a link that is for international orders only. For shipping rates to your country, please email us at customerservice@shoplingerielounge.com and someone will get back to you with an approximate shipping charge or you can contact us by phone at 760-934-6600.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped to locations within California will be charged 7.25% sales tax. Orders shipped to any other state will not be charged sales tax.

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.
When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
We encourage you to sign-up for our e-mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.

Shopping Online
To add an item to your bag, simply click the add to bag button next to it. (Items you put in your bag will not be bought by you until you have completed the checkout process.)
To remove an item from your bag, simply click the remove link next to the item you wish to discard.
To view what is in your bag at any time, click the "shoppingBag" link in the page header.
To purchase what you've selected, click on your shoppingBag and click "checkout". Follow the three simple steps to purchase your items.
Once we have confirmed your order, an account for you is automatically established for the Modern Retail community of stores.
To access your account in the future, click the "myAccount" button in the header of any page and enter the e-mail address and password you created at checkout.
